2013 GVATA Mid-Winter Conference Registration


Please fill out the entire form. This information will be used to update
GVATA records as well as Mid-Winter Conference registration. This
conference is intended for GVATA members. If you are not currently a paid
GVATA member, you need to take care of that as soon as possible. Remember,
membership in your professional teacher's organization is one of your
standards. If you need an invoice in order to get a school check cut,

I will gladly email you an invoice as an individual or for the entire
school system. REGISTRATION SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY ALL ATTENDEES NO LATER
