I just wanted let you know about a new online educational
resource available from USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service, that just launched today! New, interactive characters have been created to entertain and educate the youngest conservationists in an updated animated format, which is accessed easily through
www.nrcs.usda.gov. Educators can simply download and order free resources for students of all ages. Materials
include lesson plans, activity books, posters, informational brochures and more.
This collection of NRCS resources provides teachers standardized
information created from sound scientific research in the field of environmental conservation.
NRCS wants to empower educators like you to teach about
conservation and agriculture. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. For more information,
visit this new-and-improved site.
Thank you for sharing this resource with all you think
will be interested.
