Good morning.
Last week you received an email about completing a survey regarding professional learning opportunities for our profession. I know your time is stretched and very valuable, but please consider participating in the survey. It will provide some very useful information into the planning and preparation of professional learning opportunities that can benefit each of us daily in the classroom. Thank you to those who have taken the few minutes to complete the survey. Your input has been recorded. If you haven't completed the survey yet, please take a few moments and do so. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Please consider helping improve the Professional Learning opportunities available to Agriculture Educators in Georgia. The link below will take you to a brief survey consisting of several questions about your current teaching situation, as well as questions for you to provide input regarding certain professional development topics. Thank you for your assistance.

You are being asked to participate in a survey research project entitled “Professional Development Needs vs. Experience Level: A Study of Georgia’s Agriculture Educators,” which is being conducted by Phillip Price, a graduate student at Valdosta State University and current agriculture education teacher at Evans High School in Evans, GA. This survey is anonymous. No one, including the researcher, will be able to associate your responses with your identity. Your participation is voluntary. You may choose not to take the survey, to stop responding at any time, or to skip any questions that you do not want to answer. The survey will only take a few minutes of your time, but will provide valuable information to assist in directing professional development opportunities for agriculture educators across Georgia. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this study. Your completion of the survey serves as your voluntary agreement to participate in this research project and your certification that you are 18 or older.

Questions regarding the purpose or procedures of the research should be directed to Phillip Price at 706-338-8396 or [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.
