Chapter FFA rosters and payment are due October 15. To complete your chapter roster, teachers must login through the Ag Career Network. Please keep in mind that your chapter FFA roster is NOT the same document as the Enrollment Data form (Excel file) that you are expected to submit to your Region office. In order to be eligible to participate in an FFA activity above the chapter level, a student must be listed as an active member on the chapter roster and have all dues/fees paid. Rosters must be submitted to state and dues/payment must be postmarked by October 1.


As the October 15 deadline approaches, please be aware that the roster system has some new features this year. If you have not logged on yet, when you do, you will see a different view that you did last year. Please DO NOT WAIT until the last minute to access your roster. Because of the changes, many of you are already experiencing more time to update your rosters. Please start early.


Finally, as you login to the AgCN and select “manage roster” you will see your chapter roster page. Across the top of your page you will see 6 tabs (Active Roster, Expired Roster, Pending Students, etc…). Just above those tabs is a link titled “Download the Help File for this tab.” If you have questions about your rosters, you are welcome to call our office at (706) 552-4456, but I also recommend that you download the help file. It includes screen shots and step by step directions.
