Summer/Fall 2015 UGA Transfer Credit Approval Forms (TCAF) and STEX Registration for External & Exchange Students (top)
This is a reminder for students attending a UGA Exchange Program, Non-UGA Program, or UGA Independent Experience Abroad Program to submit a completed the Transfer Credit Approval Form (TCAF) before departure.

The TCAF serves as a pre-approval of your transfer credit and helps maintain your eligibility for HOPE and financial aid while abroad. Students attending a UGA Faculty-Led program or a UGA Residential Center Program will receive resident credit instead and do not need to complete the TCAF.

Upon completion of the TCAF, you also have to register for a STEX placeholder course through Athena. Submitting your official transcript to Education Abroad will replace your STEX placeholder class after program completion.

For More Info: Contact Education Abroad at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> with questions. You may access the TCAF here<>.
