State Farm Youth Advisory Board Service-Learning Grant

If you are involved with an organization or public K-12 school and have a
great idea for a project, apply for a State Farm Youth Advisory Board
Service-Learning Grant. Grants up to $100,000 are awarded to fund
student-led, service-learning projects in areas including environmental
responsibility and health and wellness. *Applications due April 29, 2016*.

If you are involved with an organization or public K-12 school and have a
great idea for a service-learning project to impact student achievement in
your community, apply for a State Farm Youth Advisory Board Grant. The
grants, that range from $25,000-$100,000, are awarded to fund student-led,
service-learning projects in areas including environmental responsibility
and health and wellness.

All non-profit, tax-exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) or another
tax-exempt portion of the IRS code are eligible for funding to the extent
that they collaborate with and engage K-12 public school curriculum and
achievement as part of the grant.

Eligible projects must be implemented in the 50 U.S. states, or the three
Canadian provinces of Alberta, New Brunswick, or Ontario. Additionally,
eligible organizations include, but are not limited to:


   - Public K-12 schools and school districts
   - Public charter schools
   - Colleges and universities
   - Governmental organizations
   - Other non-profit organizations
