 ****Please forward to those families attending the 2018 Georgia Junior
Beef Futurity July 12-14 ****

The show staff is excited for the upcoming 2018 Georgia Junior Beef
Futurity.  Please review the following reminders before coming to Perry.
Also below is a link to the show rules and schedule for your review.

*         Barns do not open until 7:00am on Thursday July 12.  Tie-outs
will NOT be available for overnight accommodations on Wednesday.  Please
plan accordingly.

*         Upon arriving come to the Beef Office, located in the SW corner
of the Beef Barn (opposite end from the show ring), for stalling
assignments.

*         NO DOGS are allowed in the barns or show ring during the
Futurity.  Please make arrangements to leave them at home!

*         All blocking chutes must have a 2018 chute tag.  If you did not
pre-order, you may purchase them at the Beef Office for $25.

*         Port-a-cools must have been pre-registered.  Do not bring one if
you have not requested a tag for one.

*         All registered heifers must have the original registration paper
at check-in with the exhibitors name only.  NO FAXES OR PHOTOCOPIES WILL BE
ACCEPTED!

*         Commercial heifers, market heifers and market steers must weigh a
minimum of 400 lbs.   Market heifers and market steers have a maximum
weight of 975 lbs.

All 12th graders interested in the Scholarship must attend the Scholarship
meeting on Thursday at 2:00 p.m. in the Hoof & Horn Room (in Georgia
National Fairgrounds Office across from the court of honor.
