Please remember that your Student Enrollment, FFA Roster, and POA and
Budget will be due on Monday, October 15th.

*Enrollment and Roster*

You will complete these online at your Chapter portal. You need
to enter all of your students for each of your classes. Once a student has
been entered in your enrollment they can then be added to your FFA Roster.
Except for rare circumstances, a student must be enrolled in an ag class to
be an FFA member. On a block schedule, students who will be enrolled second
semester are eligible to be members. You just need to go ahead and enter
them in the class they will be enrolled in next semester. A graduated
senior working on an American Degree, or a unique circumstance where it is
impossible for a student to be enrolled (not simply choosing to take
another class such as an AP or dual enrollment but rather a senior who has
taken every ag class being taught this year) can be enrolled in the *Approved
Plan of Study *class. This should be used sparingly.

Instructions and helpful tips to make this easier can be found on our North
Region Website. Click on the NORTH REGION tab on the HomePage of the website. The instructions are listed under the *Guidelines,
Forms, and Documents* heading.

A complete Program of Activities should include activities for each of the
5 Quality Standards listed under each of the 3 Program Divisions with goals
for each. You can include your budget as part of your POA or submit it

Please save the application as a PDF with the name: *yourchapter_FY19POA *and
*yourchapter_FY19Budget* if you submit them separately.

A Program of Activity Guide with helpful forms, tips, and a powerpoint is
located on our North Region webpage. This guide also has complete
descriptions of each Quality Standard with example activities for each. The
forms are available for you to use but if you already have a format that
you prefer you are welcome to use it.

Thank you for all you do and let us know if we can be of any assistance,
