International Education Week - November 12-16

November 12-16 is International Education Week, and UGA is offering many opportunities for you to take part in the festivities! The week will kick off on Monday with a parade of flags and WorldFest. Don’t miss Going Global on Monday evening that includes a panel discussion by returned study abroad students and information on how to get involved with International Student Life and study abroad. The keynote speaker this year is Joe Grabowski, a National Geographic Explorer and founder of Exploring By The Seat Of Your Pants, who will be speaking Tuesday at 6:30 in the Tate Theater. Several other events will take place Tuesday-Thursday including a film screening and a world music showcase. The week will wrap up with the International Coffee Hour in Memorial Hall Ballroom on Friday morning. These are just a few of the events that will take place next week. Please see the flyer below (and attached) for a list of all events and details.

Don’t miss the opportunity to get free passport photos at Tate Print & Copy by being one of the first 100 students! If you don’t make it in time for the free photos, you can enjoy a discounted rate of $4 all week long.
