Ag Teachers,

If you have any current 12th grade, or recent graduate FFA members who are planning to apply for National FFA Scholarships, please read this information carefully!

The National FFA Scholarship application is available through the National FFA website as it usually is, but this year the application system is being managed by an outside group. When your students go to www.ffa.org, the should visit the “Explore FFA” tab across the top of the page. In the “Explore FFA” tab dropdown menu, look in the 2nd column at the very bottom for the “Grants & Scholarships” link.

On the Grants & Scholarships page, click the middle option “Local Engagement – Scholarships.” On the scholarship page, scroll to the bottom and look for the blue bar link titled “Scholarship Application.”

On the Scholarship Application page, your students will see a login page. The first step is to establish an account in the ISTS system. This is different from the student’s MyFFA account. Each student must first look at the bottom of the Login box for the “Don’t have an account. Register” link and click that. The system will walk them through the creation of their ISTS account. From that point forward, when the student returns to that page, they will need to remember their ISTS login credentials, and use them to login to their scholarship application.

If you have questions you are welcome to give me a call, or reach out to Michelle Sullivan at National FFA ([log in to unmask]). Michelle is the person coordinating the scholarship program this year.
