USDA Future Scientist Teacher workshop
USDA Poultry Research Center in Athens has developed a workshop for teachers to further strengthen their knowledge in scientific processes through experiential learning in the classroom. The workshop will include instruction in using microscopes, experiments with invertebrates and fungus, as well as a tour of the USDA Poultry Research Station.
There is no cost and lunch will be provided both days. Space is limited to 20 teachers, registration closes on May 1st.
