For those of you considering a UGA Exchange Program for Spring 2020 or 2020-21 Academic Year, Summer is the perfect time to learn about and plan for an upcoming program!
-- Fall 2019 and 2019-20 placements may available for the many of the 55+ UGA partner institutions in Australia, Austria, Brazil, China, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, France, Ghana, Germany, Hong Kong, South Korea, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, the United Kingdom & Uruguay. (see list below by region….)

--APPLICATION DEADLINES: September 15, 2019 for Spring 2020*
*some applications have an earlier deadline
February 1, 2020 for Fall/Year 2020
-COSTS & FINANCIAL AID: Exchange Program Fee: (currently $6,040 for Spring 2020), which is equivalent to UGA in-state tuition/fees (payable to UGA); Additional expenses include airfare, meals & accommodation expenses at Host University, study abroad insurance, and other personal expenses. HOPE, Zell Miller, Pell Grants & other UGA Financial Aid will apply toward UGA Exchange Programs.
--ACADEMIC AREAS: While on exchange, students take regular university courses offered by the host institution; Exchange Programs offer a variety of subjects suitable for a wide range of majors, minors, elective and core areas of study. In addition, many programs will offer language and culture study as part of the curriculum.

Prepare now for the 2020-2021 Academic Year Nomination and Application process – Early January 2020 is the CMLT deadline to apply for nomination by the Department of Comparative Literature.
