You didn't say which specific layers they need, but a good starting
place is OSM data you can get from WeoGeo -

I have an architecture student looking for CAD/GIS files for the
Province of Florence, Italy. Specifically she is working on Castello
Mediceo di Cafaggilio Via Nazionale, 16 50031 Barberino di Mugello.
If anyone has any insights where I might find this information I would
appreciate it.
