We have received a shipment of USGS topos.  Included
in the shipment are quads for OHIO - Berea, Mentor,
North Olmsted, Twinsburg- and for No. Carolina - King,
Walnut Creek.  No shipping list was enclosed and we
cannot locate a matching shipping list on either Tom
Tyler's site or the USGS map shipping list site.  Has
anyone else had received this shipment and, if so, was
there a shipping list enclosed?  We would like to get
a copy of the shipping list faxed to us, if anyone has
it.  Obviously we do not know the number.

Any help will be appreciated.  Our FAX number is
