The Western Association of Map Libraries (WAML) Fall 2002 conference
is a little over a month away.  Deadline for registration to the 35th
anniversary meeting to be held in sunny Hawaii is October 4.  See
conference details at:

Members and nonmembers are invited to attend.

A field trip to the Big Island is planned with a tour to the summit of
Mauna Kea.  While you are on the island, you may also be interested in
