Hi,
Does anyone know of any efforts made in the 19^th and 20^th century to
systematically generate maps analogous to the Sanborn maps for Brazilian
cities and towns (i.e. detailed maps that give parcel-level information,
such as the owners of individual sites and the types of commercial
activities conducted thereon)?
Any feedback you can provide (or perhaps direction to an
acquaintance/colleague who might be familiar with such maps) would be
appreciated. Thanks very much for your help.
regards,
Rob Sippel
