Hi, Travis;

We have captured German maps from WWII. Please see our web page below
for a description. It is interesting to see that you have captured
Japanese maps. Do you have a description of your colection? It appears
that you are in the process of cataloging them. We hope to begin that
process soon. Any advice? Dawn

I am currently working with Japanese captured maps and am wondering if
anyone has any idea what the 6 digit code is that appears on each map
(stamped in green ink). As far as I can tell, this code does not appear
to be related to an AMS series number. Also, does anyone know of any
sources of information on captured maps, German or Japanese (e.g.,
indexes, explanations, etc..) ? Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Travis
