Map Assistant
(Temporary vacancy, initially for six months with the possibility of an extension for a further three months)
Salary: £15,298-£19,688 per annum.
You will provide services to users of the Map Library and will need good communication skills, excellent team skills and an aptitude for various IT applications, including digital imaging. Experience of, or an interest in, working with maps would be an advantage.
We are interested in applications from anyone with the appropriate skills, interests and experience, but this role could suit someone intending to apply to library school, or a newly qualified librarian, wishing to acquire varied and interesting work experience.
