Aston,

unfortunately, GENCALC is currently not part of the
DSSAT-Software (version 3.5 has it). I guess the only
choice you have is the "visual eye fit" approach
described on page 35 in following book:

Hunt, L.A. and Boote, K.J. (1998) Data for model operation,
calibration, and evaluation In: Tsuij, G.Y., Hoogenboom, G.,
and Thornton, P.K. (eds.) Understanding options for
agricultural production. Kluwer Publishers.
