    I am trying to calibrate the genotype coefficients for a variety of native
maize.  In doing so, I had to terminate the program due to repeated errors and
now I get the error message:

 ERROR  52 HAS OCCURRED
 MOST LIKELY A NON EXISTENT DIRECTORY HAS BEEN SPECIFIED
 CHECK BOTH THE SET STATMENT AND THE CONFIGURATION FILE

 PRESS ENTER TO EXIT THE GENOTYPE COEFFICIENT CALCULATOR

I can not figure out how to correct the problem.
