Applications are invited for a Ph.D research assistant in the
department of Geography, University of Maryland, USA, starting from
either Spring or Fall, 2003. The student will work with a team of USDA
scientists in a project that integrates remote sensing with crop growth
models for precision and sustainable agriculture. Strong quantitative
skills and Agronomy background are desirable. The experiences on using
crop growth models are plus. The interested individuals should contact
