I have tried to save as a GIF a 150 line by 350 sample portion of a
screen showing a Side Looking Airborn Radar (SLAR) image using IMDISP
v7.9e. I am doing the IMDISP commands correctly, I believe, and the
resulting file on my C; drive is 6.82 KB in size. (Does that seem
small? It is a grayscale image.)
When I try to bring import it into CorelDraw 4, Corel does not
recognize it as a GIF. Same for Office 97 WORD. Photopaint pro 5
displays about the top fifth of the image, shows a black window for
another fifth and doesn't go any farther. No error messages. Have
tried the SAVE several times to no avail.
Is the problem IMDISP? I am using a recently downloaded version.
I would appreciate any help you might offer. Please excuse cross
listing duplications.
Thanks.
