Dear Anamika,
WeatherMan randomizes the starting random number seed each time it is
initialized. That seed number controls the sequence of random numbers
used by the stochastic weather generator that WeatherMan uses to fill in
missing data or generate synthetic weather sequences. If you need to
reproduce the same sequence of generated weather, you will need to
manually enter an initial random number seed.
Please let me know if you have any other questions about WeatherMan.
