International Symposium on Modelling in Fruit Research and Orchard 
Management Montpellier (France), June 2015

This is the first announcement for 10th ISHS International Symposium on Modelling in Fruit Research and Orchard Management, to be held in Montpellier, France, from 2 to 5 June 2015.

We will invite abstract submissions for oral and poster presentations, and strongly encourage contributions related with climatic change effects on trees and orchards, on the following topics:
// Classic crop modeling
// Functional-Structural and plant architecture modeling
// Light interception, photosynthesis
// Water use/irrigation scheduling
// Tree phenology
// Fruit development and quality
// Insect and/or Pathogen control
// Decision support

The symposium will also include a half-day technical visit in orchards near Montpellier. Further Information about deadlines and procedures will be made available soon.
