Dear M. Amornvivat,
There is a variable called ROFC in the WATER.OUT file which is cumulative
runoff. The Flood.out file is, if I understand correctly, for floodwater
chemistry so it is probably only meaningful if you are interested in
flooded rice. Which crop are you interested in?
