i am working on the development of GIS based decision support system
for soybean (supporting decisions on management)
i have read the papers on integration of GIS with CROPGRO (joel paz)
which was done at a field level
my problem is that i am trying to work on similar principles but i want
to apply the system to a regional level (district level)
so i request members to suggest
what should be the spatial unit on which the simulation should be run?
i mean to ask
(data for all parameters almost is available) whether it should be a
watershed or to go for a grid representation and work on a cell by cell
basis after carefully considering the cell size
