Dear DSSAT readers :
 
I am very sorry for the inconvenience many of you have experienced with
messages related to "confirming your current subscription."   Unfortunately
I have no control of them when people decide to reply to a message that has
no meaning.
 
Please remember that you have to renew your subscription to the DSSAT list
every six months.  You will receive a message from the listserver requesting
to confirm your renewal.  All you need to do is to send a message to
[log in to unmask] and state in the body of your message : CONFIRM
DSSAT.  You will have 7 days to send this confirm message before the
listserver will automatically remove you from the list.  This is being done
to be able to remove inactive accounts that do not exist anymore.  Again, I
have no control of this action by the listserver.
 
Please DO NOT send your confirm message to the DSSAT list !!!!!!!!  It is
distributed to all participants and your confirm message is ignored by the
listserver.
