The following references complete the lists further, in particular the first
one. This book (Understanding....) is the last "IBSNAT book" which is currently
in press. You may want to contact the editors to learn about other
DSSAT-related chapters in this book. (or cite the book instead of individual
chapters). The other references describe the latest linkages between DSSAT crop
models and GIS.
