  ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN PRECISION AGRICULTURE
 
    UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA
 
  AGRICULTURAL & BIOLOGICAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
 
 
 
 
<smaller>The Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering at the
 
University of Florida is seeking to fill a new Precision Agriculture and
 
Machinery Systems position.  This is a 12 month tenure track position at
 
the Assistant Professor level with 30% teaching and 70% research.  The
 
department is   increasing our effort in precision agriculture and related
 
technologies..  The new appointee will have responsibility for teaching
 
courses in precision agriculture, instrumentation and/or machine design,
 
and conducting research in the development of precision agriculture
 
systems and machinery management.  An earned doctorate in related
 
engineering, physical sciences or other appropriate field is required.
