I got the information for my query regarding Biomass harvest. The detail procedure regarding this has been given in DSSAT Manual Vol. 4 chapter Two.

I am using DSSAT 3.5 for PEANUT crop growth. I have some queries in preparing observed/measured data file. 

1.In case of PEANUT does Biomass (kg/ha)  include above ground plant weight as well as wt of pods excluding root weights? 

2. What is the percent moisture content of the Biomass(kg/ha) dry; Pod yield(kg/ha) dry & Seed weight(kg) dry that is considered in the CARGO model of DSSAT.
