which the article omits from the story. The reporter seemed confused on
the correlation of Ordnance Survey Ireland to a U.S. counterpart, choosing
the Census Bureau. Well, yes, Census Bureau does produce mapping, but not
topographic maps at any scale. Ah, well, it is an intersting site, even
if there is a cost to the user, and with connect charges, not merely a fee
per map. Probably for genealogy searchers this will not be a drawback.
Are we mapsters cheapskates?
