Dear sir,
while making the ".cli" files, i am getting "ALPHA" (WGEN
parameter)values=0.000 for few months.
further the weather being generated from the same .cli files, gives absured
values for rainfall(for e.g. 2000mm in a single day)
Kindly tell us that how the value for alpha is calculated?
further we would like to know the equations/calculations/formulae that the
model is using to generate the rainfall parameteres of .cli files.
