Jim,
      I will pass along your software offer to Lenis Nelson, Nebraska
coordinator for our variety testing program. That could be a big help to
us. It makes cultivar-specific simulations more manageable. Ken Boote and
Steve Welch did a good job discussing CROPGRO calibration efforts at the
BSSG meeting at KSU. I am using weekly growth analysis data, so its not
clear yet whether the software will do what I need.
      Getting additional cultivar-specific coefficients would be nice. An
example of a Group III semi-determinate would help me, though there may not
be any of those in the yield trials you mention.
