Dear Dr. Yang:

For the model to be able to use your measured harvest dates you define
HARV=R (on reported date) and include a *HARVEST DETAILS section where you
define HDATE as your measured harvest date.  Make sure that the Treatments
point to the appropriate Harvest detail levels.
