>Announcement of START/PACOM Global Change Fellowship Awards for

>The International START Secretariat and the Pan African START
>Secretariat (PASS) wish to announce opportunities for outstanding
>African scientists undertaking global environmental change research
>leading to doctoral dissertation.  Awards will be granted for up to
