Dear Ernesto,
  The Model Statistical Package and Weather Analogue Program can be found in the DSSAT main menu page. Look on the left side of the page under the tab "Accessories". MSP is in "Stats" and WAP in "Weather Analogue".
  I regret to inform you that Dr. Andre du Toit passed away in 2005. MSP and WAP are among the legacies he left behind along with a lovely wife, two young children, and many fond memories.
