Dear Friends .....

I have just received my Dssat CD Ver 4.0.2.0 and  I have installed the software
and tools in my computer (Windows Vista).   Right now I am facing 2 problems :

1) I can't upgrade the software... message error "an error was encoutered
connecting to the upgrade server. file not found "  ...

2) I canīt run  Weatherman inside Dssat tools ...  message "weatherman
has stopped working"

How to solve these problems ?
