I found GENCALC 3.5(included in DSSAT v3.5 package) has a trouble in
reading flowering date(ADAT) and maturity date(MDAT) from RICER980
output. It skips calculation of related genetic coefficients(P1, P2R,
and P2O) and calculates only P5. The same thing happens when I use the
sample files from IBSNAT.
 
Are there anybody who experienced the same problem with GENCALC 3.5 and
hopefully know the troubleshooting method?
