Colleagues,

This is a second announcement for a workshop at CIMMYT on a proposed Windows
shell for databases, GIS tools and other ag decision support software.  The
"TACO Shell" is already used for the Texas A&M Almanac Characterization Tool
and for the International Crop Information System (ICIS).
