Having had some experience with kriging in ArcView, I would not recommend
it for the task.  There are other programs on the market that will do a
better job.  AV will not do cokriging either.  You may be able to do
cokriging through the S+ extension, but only if you have an S+ function
already written that will do the co-kriging.
