Dear Maria,

information about input parameter, field methods, sampling procedures
and calibration can be found in the DSSATxx\Documentation folder as
pdf-files.
The DSSAT 3.5 manual volume 4 chapter 4.6 is a good starting point if
you are new to DSSAT.
