As I have mentioned earlier, I had some difficulties converting my SUNH to PAR and SRAD with the DSSAT Ver. 4. (BTW, I am still waiting for the zip file to patch up this version from the list server if that's in already.) I managed to enter all the daily weather data from 1996 to 2004 (9 years data) into Ver 3.0 and converting the data with the WM program. Works fine for 1996-1999 data. The program warned that  had less than 5 years data..(i.e. 96 - 99 = 4 years only), guess it can't read data from year 2000 onwards? I went ahead to convert these 1900's data anyway and it runs.

I hit a snag here. I only got data converted from 1996 to 1999 through the updating of the global listing (the *.WTH) ...does this mean that Ver 3.0 is not Y2K compliant? How do I overcome this? Please help or suggest how I would proceed.
