I think you can't use the same values of cultivar coefficients in
DSSAT V4.0and DSSAT
V3.5 and may also of V 3.0, because in V3.5 these coefficients are in scalar
values, to use them in DSSAT V 4.0 you have to convert them first in the
units in which DSSAT V4.0 took the values, conversion factors are given in
DSSAT V4.0 cultivar file.
