I have tried multi-year simulation on DSSAT V 4.0.2 but I can't encounter
that problem. Simulations run smoothly, you can check it by running the
existing experiment given with DSSAT in seasonal analysis e.g.
DTCM0301.SNX, in this experiment weather input is set on simulated
SIMMETTEO, reset
it "measured data" for this go in "simulation options" click "Methods" in
weather tab change the input option to "measured data, you even can't run
simulation because in the same "simulation options" in "general" it is set
for 50 years so reset it to "13" as the measured data is for 13 runs from
the given simulation date, it will run smoothly.

Best wishes
