Dear Colleagues

The Map Room here is being refurbished. To increase storage space we are
fitting map drawers under some of our work surfaces. The tops of these
need to be at a height at which it is comfortable to stand and look at
maps. We have been used to working at benches which are 100cm high.

Does anyone have a favoured (or non-favourite) height for such a work
bench. The benches are for use by staff and readers.

Many thanks

Anne
