Position Title: POSTDOCTORAL FELLOW

FUNCTIONS:
Reports to Professor of Agronomy. Supports the ongoing research in computer modeling of sustainable cotton
production systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Conduct field experiments.
. Collect information on cotton growth parameters.
. Analyze soil for plant nutrients.
. Add appropriate additional codes to computer models.
. Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
. Crop physiology/soil science/agronomy
. Crop growth simulation models.
. Soil analysis procedures.
MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
. Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree with specialization in crop physiology/soil science/agronomy or
related disciplines.
