From their home page use the search box over the "Buscar" button.  Enter "parana" and a list of maps appear.  there are 4 under 500k.  Select any of those (they are hyperlinked) and the index comes up.

I am helping a professor order (well at least trying to) the 1:500,000 topographic maps of northern Argentina's drainage to the Parana River. I don't read Spanish. Our problem is "how do we find the index to 1:500,000 topographic maps on the web so we can order them"? Here is the site:
