All,

I have a number of Denoyer-Geppert Wall maps that I am trying to figure out when they were published.  They do not have a copyright date or edition number. They do all have statements "[date] de facto boundaries are shown without reference to their status in international agreement"

It appears that catalogers have assumed that the year of the political boundaries is the approximate year the map was published. Can I make this assumption?  Is there some code that Denoyer-Geppert used to indicate publication date?

Any information would be useful.
