At the Library of Congress we use Metal Edge Folders for our maps...you can find them at
http://www.metaledgeinc.com/modules/store/index.html
Generally we use the 10 point 31 x 43 inch size...but you can custom order anything you want...I think they are about $5.00 each in the 1000-5000 quantity.
