Make sure that the path to DSSAT is included in your AUTOEXEC.BAT file.  In
addition you need SET DSSAT3=C:\DSSAT3 or whatever drive and directory you
use to run DSSAT.  After changing your AUTOEXEC.BAT file, make sure to
reboot your computer.
